Brick Wall Window Opening Expansion and Multi-Panel Installation

This project involved cutting and expanding an existing brick exterior wall to create a large window opening and installing a wide multi-panel vinyl window system. The work required structural preparation, temporary support, precise window placement, and exterior restoration to integrate the new opening cleanly into the brick façade.

The original wall section limited natural light and did not accommodate a full-size window system. Expanding a brick wall opening requires careful demolition, temporary structural support, and accurate preparation of the rough opening to prevent movement or cracking. Because the opening spans multiple panels, load transfer, alignment, and perimeter sealing were critical to ensure long-term durability and weather resistance.
