Front Facade Window Replacement with Exterior Trim Refresh

This project involved replacing the front-facing window assembly with a new large vinyl window system and completing exterior trim and finish work to restore the home’s street-facing appearance. The upgrade improved insulation, operation, and overall curb appeal while maintaining compatibility with the existing brick façade.

The original front windows were aged and no longer providing optimal performance or appearance. Because the windows sit prominently on the front elevation, precise alignment, clean trim lines, and consistent exterior finish were critical. The brick opening required careful fitting to ensure the new window system sat square and sealed without disturbing the surrounding masonry. Exterior trim elements were refreshed to create a uniform, finished look across the façade.
